About Us

At APM Recruitment we work as a multidisciplinary team to provide complete recruitment solutions and optimum results for our clients. We combine our HR experience with appropriate marketing strategies and professional communication tools, both online and offline.

We started seizing opportunities on the Romanian market. With the growing demand for workers from our external partners, we have gradually expanded. We now operate in various industries and recruit people from Romania, Moldavia and also Bulgaria.

Owning a database of more than 20,000 candidates looking for a job abroad, we cover a wide range of industries. We help our clients from Western Europe to find both unskilled as well as skilled and highly experienced workers/professionals.

How we work

Understanding our clients is always the first step to initiate collaboration. When we can help, we focus all resources to find the best solutions and reach the candidates that are compatible with the type of work and organizational culture of our client.
We have a full team that can do more than recruitment. The communication channels are carefully chosen, depending on the job specificity and the characteristics of the candidates we are looking for. In this way, we minimize the waste of resources. Based on marketing research we usually know when we can help and when we can not.
There are two main departments within the company: HR & Recruitment department respectively Marketing & Communication department. Each has its own attributions, but they always works together for a common purpose – customer satisfaction. When the job description requires, we also work with external partners, for activities such as psychological evaluation of candidates.
